AI Document Agents in elDoc go beyond traditional document search and question answering. They can analyze document content, reason across multiple files, and perform document-related tasks based on natural-language instructions.

Within the AI File Management Module, users can select one or multiple documents and instruct an AI Agent through AI Chat. Depending on the task and available permissions, AI Document Agents can:

  • Classify documents based on their content
  • Perform deep research across multiple documents
  • Summarize and compare documents
  • Rename files based on their content
  • Create and reorganize folder structures
  • Create and edit documents
  • Complete missing information based on provided instructions
  • Validate and verify information

  • Identify risks, inconsistencies, and relevant information
  • Search and analyze Enterprise Knowledge

For document-management actions such as classification, renaming, and document reorganization, the Agent can present proposed changes for review and approval before they are applied, helping users maintain control over AI-assisted operations.

AI Document Agents operate within existing access rights and permissions, so users and AI Agents can work only with information and actions they are authorized to access.
