Which document formats are supported for storage in elDoc?

elDoc supports both computer-generated files and scanned image documents including but not limited to: .xml, .pdf, .doc, .xls, .jpeg, .tiff etc.

Which recognition languages are supported?

For on-premise deployment - the elDoc supports over 120 languages, including both Simplified and Traditional Chinese. You can find the full list of supported languages via the following link:  List of Supported Languages.

For SaaS deployment, please refer to the latest updates from Google Cloud Vision API.

Can elDoc be integrated with third-party apps?

Yes. elDoc can be integrated with any third party applications. List of available API could be found via the following link: elDoc API.

Alternatively, integration with third party applications can be achieved leveraging Robotic Process Automation Technology which is a quick and cost-efficient way of building bridges between applications.

What database does elDoc use for data storage?

elDoc uses the latest releases of MongoDB for storing all metadata and file attachments.

Can elDoc be integrated with Active Directory?

Yes. We have already set this up for you. Please refer to the elDoc Documentation for more details: elDoc AD Configuration & Settings.

Can elDoc support multi-factor authentication (MFA)?

Yes, it is supported. To enhance the security of your access to the system, you can enable multi-factor authentication (MFA), also known as two-factor authentication (2FA) in the elDoc. Any authenticator application that supports the time-based OTP (TOTP) algorithm can be used for MFA activation. For more details, please refer to: Learn more: Multi-factor authentication (MFA)

Does elDoc operate on more than one platform or operating system, i.e., is it cross-platform? 

Yes, the elDoc system is cross-platform as it is built on Java. The system supports installation on OS Linux or OS Windows Server, but the recommended platform is OS Linux 9 (RedHat or Rocky). More information can be found at the following link: Software requirements."
