1. Create New Document Form

elDoc utilizes BPM capabilities that are 'No Code,' enabling every business user to create and set up document forms of varying complexity in the elDoc system using the Document Form Designer. You can create an unlimited number of document forms in elDoc.  To create or edit a Document Form, the current user must have the appropriate admin rights configured in the system. Once you have the necessary admin rights to create or edit workflows, you can begin by navigating to the Configuration Forms Designer

  1. Create new Document Form. Learn more: document form creation
  2. Configure all necessary Document Form settings related to document creation, editing, registration, access control, etc. Learn more: document form - settings
  3. Configure Document Form fields. Learn more: form designer
  4. Define document template for the Document Form if required. Learn more: document template

  5. Define rules for automated data completion if necessary. Learn more: document template autocomplete 


Get Started Documents

For your convenience, we have prepared document form templates located in the "Get Started Document Folder." To access these templates, navigate to Start Workflow → Get Started Documents. You can use these document form templates for testing and exploration purposes, or modify them to suit your requirements and assign appropriate workflows as needed.
