elDoc provides advanced online collaboration capabilities, allowing users to review, edit, and collaborate on the same document simultaneously. The elDoc system includes online chat and document version control to enhance collaboration. To enable online collaboration, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Configuration → Workflow Designer → Create New / Edit Existing Workflow.
- Go to File-Attachments Management and Control in the necessary workflow phase.
- Enable Online Edit / Online Edit (in review mode only) and save the settings.
Once these settings are enabled, different users can edit the document simultaneously according to the defined workflow.
